Aydos personnel is required to receive in-house and outsourced trainings on a continuous basis so as to keep their knowledge and skills up with the advancing technology. Trainings needs may change and be revised within the year.

Instructors provide trainings for orientation of new employees, determining the training needs based on the changing technology and in case of position changes and adoption of new management techniques.
