We expect our new colleagues to have the educational background, experience and competences required by relevant positions in addition to traits compatible with our corporate culture and values.
Our recruitment process begins with online advertising of recent vacancies according to our staffing plans. We create a candidate pool from the applications received for the vacancies and evaluate them in terms of requirements of the relevant position. We make either face-to-face or telephone interviews.
During interview, we use an application form, a foreign language test, a personality inventory and competency-based assessment and evaluation techniques and tools. Subsequent to all the evaluations, we offer the position to the qualifying applicant having checked their references.
All the applicants are sent an e-mail of the positive or negative result of the evaluation, and we keep their CVs in our database for later consideration for different positions.
