It is compulsory that any raw material and auxiliary material received at our company from our suppliers are subjected to Incoming Quality Control tests according to the defined standards of quality and production and receive “Suitable for Production” approval.
During the production process with the raw materials and auxiliary materials that receive the Suitable for Production approval, the samples obtained from the production lines during and right after production are subjected to the Process Quality Control tests defined by national (TSE) and international (EN, DIN, ISO, etc.) quality standard organizations and regularly recorded in the laboratories of our company.
During the Process Quality Control stage, product measurements are continuously checked and recorded at the same time with the production. It is compulsory that our products pass all the controls that are performed according to the frequency and number of controls as defined in the quality standards and receive “Quality Approval”.
Sufficient Working Area
• Separate and sufficiently spacious areas should be allocated to the products manufactured and their raw materials so that they do not get mixed.
• The production site is divided into a storage area for products and raw materials, a raw material acceptance area for the products to be tested and an area for the rejected raw materials.
Production Process and Control
• The entire production process takes place under the supervision of an authorized technical personnel.
• All containers and mechanical production equipment are controlled and labelled according to the specifications of the product manufactured, and they are given lot numbers.
Quality Control System
• Our well-versed and trained quality control personnel control the raw materials and finished products.
• Our quality control laboratory systematically carries out the main tasks indicated below:
• Each test and analysis performed is recorded in detail.
• Reports are drawn up for each product that is accepted or rejected.
• A sample from each lot of raw materials and finished products is retained for further return assessment and control.
• Raw materials and products are evaluated for stability.
• Returned products are reused by recycling after necessary controls are performed and the reasons of returning are reported.
Raw Material Controls
• After the necessary sipping documents and shipping numbers are controlled and appearance examination is performed, the raw materials are accepted at the production plant (checked against potential deformations during shipment).
• Raw materials are stored at the temperature and humidity suitable to its properties.
• Samples are systematically obtained by the quality control personnel to check compliance with standards.
Sampling
• At each stage of production processes, the samples are obtained as per the quality plan in accordance with the standards.
• The purchased raw materials are sampled from the reactors during production and shipment of the products.
• Spot sampling and product controls are performed in accordance with EN norms at the shipment points of the product.
• The samples obtained during shipment are retained as witness samples.
Sample Preparation
• Prior to analysis at our laboratories, samples are subjected to a preparation process. This process comprises the steps of reduction of the sample to a representative amount, weighing, mixing, etc.
• The label containing the properties of the product is prepared in accordance with the relevant standard and sent to the customer along with the technical documents.
• The sample is placed into a tightly sealed container, which is than taped around the cap and placed into 2 bags before it is sent.
Calibration
The calibration of all testing equipment and devices is periodically performed by internationally recognized calibration bodies in accordance with a documented calibration plan.
