High performance hyper plasticizing concrete admixture
• In the production of self-compacting concrete which can easily settle on compact reinforced concrete members,
• In prefabricated concrete that does not degrade and requires high workability,
• In the production of concrete requiring early high strength,
• In the production of precast and prefabricated concrete,
• In the production of ready mixed concrete.
• Provides early high strength concrete production even at low temperatures.
• Reduces the curing time and temperature in the production of precast elements and shortens the molding time.
• Increases the resistance of concrete in its freeze - thaw cycle, improves mechanical properties such as shrinkage and creep.
• Improves the wear resistance of concrete by decreasing disintegration and perspiration.
• In concrete applications with low water / cement ratio, it provides easy settlement and smooth surface without loss of workability
• Dosage of contribution is based on the aggregate properties, water quality, concrete class, water-cement ratio and temperature of place. Therefore, it is recommended to determine the dose by preparing test mixtures in a laboratory.
• When adjusting the consistency, high water cut-off property of admixture should be taken into account and more water addition should not be done to mixture.
