Dossage
• Dosage varies considerably according to employed materials, temperature, mix-design, mixing procedure, etc. Therefore, trial mix should be made to determine the appropriate dosage.

Application
Pre-foamed method
• Dilute Aydos®-Lightcon 25 with water at a ratio of 1:19.
• Control amount of compressed air and flow of diluted Aydos®-Lightcon 25 in order to obtain appropriate optimum foam volume (Volume of foam/volume of diluted Aydos®-Lightcon 25), around 20- 25 times.
• Introduce foam into either continuous mixer or agitator truck directly and mix well at high speed with mortar or concrete for at least 10-15 min. Then place foamed Mortar /concrete by pump, etc
Ordinary mix method
• Aydos®-Lightcon 28 can be stored for 24 months if stored at temperatures between +5ºC to +40ºC in tightly sealed original drums. If found to be frozen, do not reconstitute by stirring.
