Description
Aydosper® SF 100 is a high-range water-reducing, strength-enhancing superplasticizer concrete admixture based on modified naphthalene sulfonate. It significantly reduces water content while improving the final strength of the concrete.

Applications

• In the production of higher quality, high-strength concrete

• For concrete requiring dense and smooth surfaces

• In concrete mixes requiring significant water reduction and long workability

• In applications requiring early form removal or fast loading

• For reinforced concrete with placement difficulties, including highly reinforced sections

• In precast and prefabricated concrete production

• In ready-mixed concrete production

Dosage

• Recommended dosage: 0.8 – 1.8 kg per 100 kg of binder (cement, microsilica, fly ash).
• The dosage may vary depending on aggregate properties, concrete class, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature.
• Therefore, trial mixes in a laboratory setting are recommended to determine the optimal dosage.
