Description
Aydosper® NY 900 is a polymer-based superplasticizer concrete admixture designed for high-performance concrete and precast element production. It enhances early and final strengths, reduces water demand significantly, and increases the density and impermeability of the concrete. It ensures the homogeneous distribution of cement within the mix, improving the wetting of fine/coarse aggregates, cement, and mineral admixtures. This results in improved compressive strength and durability of the concrete.

Applications

• In places where workability, normal setting time, and high strength are required

• In prestressed, precast, and ready-mixed concrete applications

• In applications requiring early form removal or fast loading

• For concrete requiring dense and smooth surfaces

Dosage

• Recommended dosage: 0.6 – 1.7 kg per 100 kg of binder (cement, microsilica, fly ash).
• The dosage may vary depending on aggregate properties, concrete class, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature.
• Thus, trial mixes in a laboratory setting are recommended to determine the optimal dosage.
