Description
Aydosper® NY 600 is a high-range water-reducing superplasticizer admixture based on naphthalene sulfonate, designed for use in high-performance concrete and precast element production. It enables homogeneous dispersion of cement within the mix, significantly reducing the water demand of the concrete, which results in increased density and improved impermeability.

Applications

• Where workability, normal setting time, and high strength are required

• In pre-stressed, precast, and ready-mixed concrete applications

• Where early formwork removal or rapid loading is necessary

• For concrete requiring dense and smooth surface finishes

Dosage

• Recommended dosage: 0.7 – 1.8 kg per 100 kg of binder (cement, microsilica, fly ash).
• Dosage may vary depending on aggregate properties, concrete class, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature.
• Therefore, trial mixes in a laboratory setting are strongly recommended to determine the ideal dosage.
