Description
Aydosper® NY 400 is a high-range water-reducing superplasticizer based on naphthalene sulfonate, designed to increase both early and final strengths in high-performance concrete and precast element production. It ensures the homogeneous dispersion of cement particles, significantly reducing the water requirement of the concrete and thereby enhancing density and impermeability.

Applications

• Where high workability, normal setting time, and high strength are required

• In pre-stressed, precast, and ready-mix concrete applications

• Where early formwork removal or rapid loading is needed

• For producing dense and smooth-surfaced concrete

Dosage

• Recommended dosage: 0.8 – 1.9 kg per 100 kg of binder (cement, microsilica, fly ash).
• Dosage may vary based on aggregate properties, concrete grade, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature. Therefore, laboratory trial mixes are strongly recommended for optimal performance.
