Description

Aydosper® Multi Flow is a concrete additive that provides high water reduction and superplasticizing properties.

Applications

• Concrete requiring excellent workability and slump retention.

• Concrete requiring high early strength.

• Concrete with placement difficulties, such as thin, densely reinforced concrete elements.

• Reinforcement projects.

• Prestressed concrete production.

• Concrete poured in serial castings.

• Injection and soil applications.

• Concrete that requires impermeability.

Properties / Advantages

• Provides significant increases in both early and final strength of concrete.

• Promotes substantial early high strength development.

• Reduces the water content in the concrete mix significantly.

• Facilitates easy pumping of concrete.

• Improves impermeability of the concrete due to a low water/cement ratio.

• Improves mechanical properties such as shrinkage and creep.

• Eliminates the need for vibration, preventing noise pollution.

• Provides the possibility of high unit weight and strength.

• Produces void-free, smooth-surfaced, and less permeable concrete.

• Allows the concrete to set within the normal time frame without delaying effects.

Dosage

It is recommended to use 0.8 – 1.9 kg per 100 kg of binder (cement-microsilica-fly ash).
The dosage may vary depending on the properties of the aggregates, concrete grade, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature. Therefore, it is advisable to conduct preliminary trial mixes in the laboratory to determine the appropriate dosage.
