Description
Aydosper® FNY 65S is a highly effective superplasticizer concrete admixture containing polymer-type liquid components and organic retarders. It is specifically designed for concrete casting under challenging climate conditions, such as high temperatures, humidity, and strong winds. By interfering with the hydration process between water and cement, it slows the reaction, thus delaying the setting time. It also preserves workability without increasing mixing water and significantly enhances final strength thanks to its high water-reducing capacity.

Applications

  • In high-quality and high-strength concrete

  • Where high water reduction and extended workability are required

  • In situations where cold joint formation must be prevented

  • For concrete subjected to multiple vibration cycles

  • In long-distance concrete transport

  • In the production of impermeable concrete

  • In reinforced concrete works with dense and narrow reinforcement spacing

  • Where dense and smooth surface finishes are desired

  • In ready-mix, precast, and prefabricated concrete applications

Features / Advantages

  • Prevents rapid loss of slump and ensures long-term consistency depending on cement type

  • Enables the production of durable, high-quality concrete

  • Provides controlled extension of setting time

  • Enhances pumpability

  • Prevents shrinkage cracks caused by high heat of hydration

  • Reduces segregation and bleeding, increasing abrasion resistance

  • Decreases carbonation rate and improves mechanical properties like shrinkage and creep

  • Eliminates the need for vibration, reducing noise pollution

  • Greatly reduces water content in the mix

  • Ensures impermeable and high-quality surface finishes

  • Provides self-compacting ability

  • Offers high unit weight and compressive strength

Dosage

  • Recommended dosage is 0.8 – 1.8 kg per 100 kg of binder (cement, microsilica, fly ash).
  • Dosage may vary depending on aggregate characteristics, concrete class, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature. Therefore, laboratory trial mixes are strongly recommended to determine the optimal dosage.
