Description

Aydosper® EN 15 is a high-performance superplasticizer concrete additive based on naphthalene sulfonate, used for producing concrete requiring high strength and impermeability. It enhances the rheoplastic properties of the concrete, preventing segregation, and is ideal for high-quality concrete production requiring significant water reduction.

Properties / Advantages

  • Reduces segregation and bleeding, increasing wear resistance.

  • Significantly reduces the water content in the concrete mix.

  • Prevents rapid loss of consistency in the concrete.

Dosage

  • For 100 kg of binder (cement-microsilica-fly ash), it is recommended to use between 0.8 – 1.9 kg.
  • The dosage may vary depending on the aggregate properties, concrete grade, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature. Therefore, it is recommended to conduct preliminary trial mixes in the laboratory to determine the correct dosage.
