Description

Aydosper® EDUS 4S is a superplasticizer concrete additive that significantly reduces the concrete mix water, increasing both early and final strengths or providing flowability to concrete with the same amount of mix water. It also provides set-retarding properties. By delaying the setting time, it extends the hydration period of the cement with water and slows down the heat of hydration, ensuring long workability.

Dosage

  • It is recommended to use between 0.8 – 1.8 kg per 100 kg of binder (cement-microsilica-fly ash).
  • The dosage may vary depending on aggregate properties, concrete class, water/cement ratio, water quality, and ambient temperature. Therefore, it is recommended to perform preliminary trial mixes in the laboratory to determine the correct dosage.
