Steel Form oil
• It is used in steel mold, plywood plastic and wooden molds.
• Minimizes the harmful effect of concrete on the molds.
• Ensures easy removal from the mold.
• Makes it easier to clean the mold.
• Protects steel molds against corrosion.
• Reduces periodical maintenance costs and prolongs the economic life of the mold.
• Reduces dirt formation on concrete surfaces and does not affect the appearance.
• Reduces molding costs and workmanship. Simple and easy to apply.
• The molds should be properly cleaned prior to using.
• Molds should be free from water and dust.
• Please pay attention to formation of ponding on horizontal surfaces.
• Applied in a single layer with a roll, brush or spray gun.
• May be applied in 2-3 layers on absorbent surfaces or newly used wooden surfaces.
• Concrete should not be poured immediately into a newly greased mold; please wait for at least 3 hours. It is recommended to test the product prior to use.
Consumption
• Depending on the status, surface, type and separation method of the mould the surface of 25 to 30 m2 is coated with 1 liter.
Storage/Shelf Life
• Is immune to frost and no special storing is necessary. In short termed storages, maximum 3 drums and 3 plastic cans can be stacked. When stored under suitable conditions, the shelf life of the product is 24 months from the date of production.
